5. Limitation of Liability
Car Village is not liable for any damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, inaccuracies in listings, or interruptions to our service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
